Etal Partners was founded January 1, 1993 by Tom and Linda Johnson and their son, Jeremy Johnson.  The company began with residential septic systems, sidewalks, custom dozer work and other concrete projects.

 

On October 1, 1993, the company officially became Todd Johnson Contracting Inc.  By 1994, the company had grown to a team of four employees, and its scope of work had expanded to include larger concrete projects. Continued growth followed, and by 1995, the company employed ten people and the work successfully entered the commercial construction market. Strategic partnerships with other construction firms helped establish a strong reputation throughout the commercial sector.  

 

In 1996, Todd Johnson Contracting further expanded into the commercial and industrial markets, adding state and county bridge projects to its portfolio. By 1997, the workforce had grown to seventeen employees, and the company was beginning to realize the long-term goals established at its founding.

The company continued to grow in 1998, expanding to twenty-two employees and adding additional office personnel to support increasing operations.

In 1999, Todd Johnson Contracting entered the commercial and industrial building construction market, a focus that continued into the early 2000s. Following this period, the company strategically shifted its emphasis to site preparation and underground utility work, aligning with its core strengths and market demand. 

 

Today Todd Johnson Contracting, Inc. continues to build on decades of experience, providing professional services in underground utilities, blasting, site development, bridge construction, and commercial concrete. Our commitment to quality workmanship, safety, and long-term client relationships remains the foundation of everything we do.
